Alderwood Property Management, Inc. is owned and operated by Anne Marie Bauer. Ms. Bauer holds a BS degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University, an advanced paralegal degree from Edmonds Community College, and passed the PACE Registered Paralegal exam in 2000. She worked as a litigation and corporate paralegal for more than 20 years.
Ms. Bauer got started in association management by managing her personal condominium in Lynnwood, eventually taking on several more HOA clients over a period of years, and finally incorporating APMI in 2005.
Alderwood Property Management, Inc. has remained a smaller, client-driven management company in order to maintain personalized customer service at the highest levels. Strong employee and client retention allows APMI to offer long-term, stable relationships to association clients.
